Synopsis
A light-hearted look at different ways people relax. Lilias Tougher, a teacher in the village of Great Hanwood, near Shrewsbury, and her husband Laurience are members of the English Westerners society, and dress up as Sioux Indians. Classes at a Yoga centre, and some of the relaxation techniques involved are seen, as are children playing in a playground. The rich are seen relaxing in Bermuda, including sunbathing on beaches and water-skiing. Oil man Alec Mitchell who lives there runs his own private railway, with both steam and electric locomotives. The small island and grand house of Stanhope Joel, an international financier, is shown, with its tennis-courts, lawns, rooms, swimming pool, boathouse and three yachts.
