XLS the Medina docked and the royal party - King and Queen just visible disembarking. The royal party enter a large grand pavilion - Kitchener and Wingate are not discernible (71). "THE ROYAL TRAIN ARRIVES AT SINKAT" (74). A train, with crossed union flags on the front, pulls into the station. The station seems to be on a flat, featurless plain with no other buildings around it. The train has SGR on the side. Officers in topies disembark - the royal party is not seen (132). "THE GREAT REVIEW AT SINKAT, RED SEA HILLS" (138). A review of troops. Inspection of the guard by party - probably including the king but not discernible (185). "MARCH PAST AT THE SALUTING POINT" (189). The Camel Corps parading right to left (266). Gap in film (267). Sunset (?) on sea with silhouette of ships (battleships?) in background (279). Ship passing through Suez Canal with crowd in foreground - the ship is probably the Medina - the Union Flag flies on the bow (294). The ship docked with a large Arabic crowd in the foreground (311). Camel Corps parades right to left followed by infantry in turbans. The marching band, who are seen throughout the parade in the background, march forward to the saluting point (346). "NATIVE WAR-DANCE BEFORE THEIR MAJESTIES BY DINKAS FROM THE UPPER NILE" (351). Dinkas (?) wearing large cotton cloths and carrying very long spears and shields walk to the camera - it seems as if they have just finished dancing and are leaving the parade ground (375ft).
