Synopsis

Scenes of two football matches on the Indo-Burma border, including England versus Scotland and a local RAF team versus visitors.

An Indian marching band with drums and bagpipes. Shot of crowds and pitch. A Scotsman in kilt with rattle poses next to a sign declaring 'Remember Bannockburn'. Local Indian spectators watching from the top of a tree. A group of Indian spectators with monkey. A group of spectators from the Women's Auxiliary Corps of India. The players take to the field while the crowd applauds. Two senior officers introduced to the players. Kick off. Various shots during play. England goalkeeper retrieves the ball from the net. Several shots of England goalkeeper making saves, before again retrieving the ball from the net. Air Marshal Coryton arrives to watch RAF team play visitors. Notes

The two senior officers meeting the English and Scottish teams are named as Brigadier Lethbridge (Chief of Staff to General Slim, General Officer Commanding Fourteenth Army) and Air Commodore Briggs. Scotland won the game by three goals to nil.
