Synopsis

Film of SEATO conference in Singapore.

Outside barracks/official building in Singapore, soldiers take salute. Various dignitaries arrive in limousines, one after the other, get out of car and take salute (similar but separate sequences). Flag hoisted. Soldiers present arms and march off, led by band.
