Synopsis

Amateur film of the 7th Gurkha Rifles on the Kojak Pass and Afghan Frontier near Chaman, officers and wives competing in the point-to-point meeting at Quetta, pipes and drums and bandsmen outside the Gurkha Mess at Quetta, Company Training Camp on the hills above Quetta near the Murree Brewery, Gurkha cross-country race, Battalion parade in drill order in winter and colour film of the Indian Contingent, including Gurkhas, preparing at Hampton Court for the Coronation Parade of King George VI and marching in the procession in May 1937. Reel ends with cameraman in his garden.
