Synopsis

Untitled amateur film, shot by Royal Army Medical Corps doctor Colonel Alexander Simson (1894-1980), shows his heavily loaded car preparing to depart from house in Northern India, inspecting Indian rugs laid out for sale, and home leave scenes back in Scotland with relatives, including his teenage niece Anne riding a Dursley Pedersen bicycle and other young children.
