Synopsis

Amateur film shot by REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) artificer Warrant Officer Richard Elliott while serving in Hong Kong records scenes of local life in the British colony, as well as Gurkha tug-of-war, parade by Gurkha bagpipe band and British soldiers on border patrol along the New Territories frontier with the Republic of China.
