Synopsis

Colonel Hodgkinson and friends - poolside at the Taiping Swimming Club, Malaysia.

A man and woman take it in turns to dive from a diving board. Others follow, some in slow-motion, some in reverse. A close-up of a little boy and maid. More diving. A swimming race between three people. A pillow fight on a log over the pool watched by crowd of people. More diving. Men and women sitting around a table drink a toast. Close-ups on each. "By the waterfall" A man washing in a stream "... and a Tiger!" Two men and two women sitting in the water drink from tankards. A small boy on a lilo. A boy and dog at the poolside, the boy drinks from a bottle. A small boy looks up at the 'Bar' sign. A waiter brings a bottle of gin. The boy sits on the floor, opens the bottle and peers into it. "The end" A woman stands in front of water shooting out of a pipe. "The end. Khatima"
