Synopsis
Film taken in northern Nigeria including impressions of the people and their lifestyle, and more specific shots relating to Ms Spencer's nursing work with mothers, children and babies.
Production / Donor Details: Mrs Spencer was born in 1924. She travelled and worked as a Senior Health Sister in Northern Nigeria 1953-65, and in Sarawak 1965-67. She returned to Nigeria to work as a Matron during the Biafran War 1967-69.
