Synopsis

Main title. Empire Day celebrations in Hyde Park. Lord Roberts (Frederick Sleigh Roberts) is seen talking to some of the personalities present and walking amongst them with a lady (presumably his daughter, Lady Aileen Roberts). Past the camera is a parade of children carrying banners and of Boy Scouts, headed by a band of their own (55ft).
