Synopsis

Possibly the official opening of the King George's Dock and port Calcutta? The day's festivities include the arrival of a few dignitaries, a military display invovling lines of soldiers, horses, and a few carriages, and crowds of people around a race track watching a horse race. The film also contains some additional recreational footage including different halls and monuments around the area, golfing and travellers grouped together in the control room of a boat.
