Winter quarters at Simla. The family at home - Craigdhu playground with crawling lessons for a baby (Sheila Mary?). Skating at Blessington - the pond; "S.G. does her piece" - skating moves; leapfrog. Winter at Simla 1929, Sheila at Christchurch Lodge; ice hockey. Dehra Dun Forest Research Institute, scenes and views. Factory with lots of machinery, quite dark and difficult to make out (a paper-mill?). Views of large houses and gardens. Some scenes of local life. Craftsman working on a paper horse structure. Ballard Pier at Bombay; P&O steamer 'Narkunda'. Unloading horse boxes. Unloading mail bags by crane and ramp. Views of the Suez Canal and war memorial from ship. Scenes of Port Said from ship.
