Synopsis

"INDIANS FOR THE FIGHTING LINE" A column of infantry with pack mules march along a raod (54ft).

"MOROCCAN SOLDIERS WITH THEIR FRENCH OFFICERS". A French officer talking to two Moroccan officers in front of a Red Cross ambulance (65).

"MEMBERS OF A CORK CLUB. Interned at Amersfoort; Belgian soldiers speed the slow-going hours". Soldiers watch a game being played by fellow prisoners (104).

"WOUNDED IN BATTLE. Outside the hospital at Malo-les-Bains". British Red Cross ambulances drive up to the hospital; orderlies carry a man on a stretcher (153).

"DISGUISING THE GUNS". Horse artillery camouflaging field guns by covering them with branches (210).

"WHERE THEY CANNOT PILLAGE. German soldiers' lock-up at Bergen". A few German prisoners are seen inside the compound, walking between wooden huts (237).

"GUARDING A RAILWAY BRIDGE ON THE YPRES-DIXMUNDE LINE". Four sentries warming their hands at a brazier beside the railway line (245).
