Synopsis
During General Sir Gerald Templer's farewell tour of RAF Station, Kuala Lumpur, he visits 848 Squadron and says a few words to the assembled officers.
General Templer and his entourage approach across the airfield to be greeted by a Lieutenant-Commander , RN. Standing with hands on hips, the General addresses the squadron officers, then waves a casual salute and leaves. His departing staff car is escorted by motorcycle outriders.
