Synopsis

I. Scenes of shipboard routine during RN East Mediterranean Cruise.

I. Officer pistol shooting on Quarterdeck. HMS Daring and HMS Delight. Pom pom crew in full action rig. Jackstay crossing. Costin Gun Line is fired across HMS Delight from HMS Bermuda. Daring and Delight steam past Bermuda. Close gun range firing at HMS Delight. Jackstay transfer taken from chair.

II. The Queen's Birthday Parade, Nicosia, Cyprus, 10th June 1954.

II. His Excellency The Governor arrives, takes the salute and inspects Army contingent of East Surrey Regiment. Royal Standard is broken at flag staff. His Excellency takes the salute. Second marchpast with Vice-Admiral Read (Flag Officer, Second-in-Command Mediterranean) takes salute.
