Synopsis

HMS Glasgow comes alongside Parlatorio Wharf in Malta and men of No 3 Royal Marine Commando disembark.

Slow LA.CU pan from port quarter to boat deck of HMS Glasgow as she comes alongside - Marines line the side and Land Rovers and trucks are stowed on deck. MS of a group of RM officers and men - one points to the camera, and all turn to look towards it, one officer striking an exaggerated pose. Senior Army and Marine officers board HMS Glasgow to be greeted by Captain Bryant. CUs of the Marines as they begin disembarking - all are heavily laden with arms and personal kit.
