Synopsis

A party from HMS Protector and men of the Falkland Islands Defence Force participate in a memorial ceremony at the Battle of the Falklands Memorial in Port Stanley.

Detachment from HMS Protector marches along the quiet harbourside at Port Stanley accompanied by local children and their parents. The party falls in before the Battle of the Falklands Memorial as Captain Butler arrives in a RN jeep to lay the wreath. The band of the Falkland Islands Defence Force is present. The men depart. MCU of the memorial and LS over the bay to where Protector rides at anchor. Final CU of the dedicatory plaque on the memorial.
