Synopsis

The Commanding Officer of the King's Dragoon Guards is presented to the King, followed by the 12th Lancers and the 4th Regiment, Royal Horse Artillery. The King drives up and the Commanding Officer of the 1st King's Royal Rifle Corps is presented to him. The King drives past the Headquarters of the 22nd Armoured Brigade. The King with the Yorkshire Dragoons. The King driving down the Corso Sicilia. In a closed car he drives past troops of the Sudanese Defence Force. Cut in shot of troops at attention with a Bofors gun in the background. South African troops cheering. Patients of No. 11 General Hospital cheering the King. Basuto troops cheering. Free French Senegalese troops.
