Synopsis

Dramatised documentary set in a village in Kenya contrasts the old and the new generation through the story of a village elder respecting traditional practices in agriculture and medicine and his son, a Petty Officer serving in a Royal Navy minesweeper, for whom education and science represent the future for his people.
