Synopsis

I. "THE ROYAL INDIAN AIR FORCE". India's Commander-in-Chief General Auchinleck presents pilot's wings to pupil officers. II. "INDIA'S LIFELINE HER RAILWAYS". Sir Edward Benthall opens the Indian Railways Exhibition in Delhi. III. "THE NEWS IN BRIEF, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce, Food Member's visit to ration shops, Punjab police parade, Mahamagam". The inspection of grain supplies by Sir J.P. Srivatsava, the arrival of Governor Sir Betrand Glancy in Phillaur to observe a police parade and the Mahamagam Bathing Festival in Madras. IV. "TRANVANCORE WELCOMES THE VICEROY AND LADY WAVELL". Lord and Lady Wavell arrive in the southern state.
