"BOMBAY EXPLOSION VICTIMS HONOURED". The laying of the foundation stone for a memorial column to the firemen killed in dockside explosions one year ago. III. "EXCELLENT RESPONSE TO HEALTH MEASURES THROUGHOUT INDIA". The planning of post-war measures to control infectious diseases like Tuberculosis and Smallpox. IV. INDIAN TROOPS SEE ITALY WHILST BRITISH TROOPS SEE BURMA". The experiences of Indian troops on leave in Rome and British troops serving in Burma.
