Sir Henry Knight visits the Headquarters of Information Films of India. IV. "WORLD MOURNS LOSS OF FRANKLIN D ROOSEVELT 32ND PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". Covers the turning points of Roosevelt's career including being re-elected for a fourth term and the memorial services held across India to honour his memory.
