Synopsis

I. "BENGAL'S FOOD SITUATION SURVEYED. ARMY CONTRIBUTES TRANSPORTATION". Sir J.P. Srivastava, Food Member and Mr. Casey, Governor of Bengal, tour eastern and western Bengal to review the food position in the province. II. "HYDERABAD HOLDS AN INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION". The Nisam of Hyderabad performs the opening ceremony of the Eighth Annual Exhibition. III. "1000 JAPS A DAY ROUNDED UP IN MALAYA". Japanese soldiers are transported from Singapore to the small island of Rampang. IV. "INDIAN AND BRITISH ENGINEERS RESTORE MALAYA'S COMMUNICATIONS". The engineers work to fix the cables, telephone lines and stay rods that make up the communication network.
