Synopsis

Lieutenant-General Sir Frank Messervy, commander Malaya Command, inspects men and vehicles of 16th Light Cavalry.

Messervy inspects a guard of honour. Buglers sounding a general salute. Inspecting men with their vehicles behind. Messervy decorates Risaldar Major Abdul Razak Khan with the Military Cross and the Order of British India. Messervy on saluting base. Armoured cars passing; each dips their gun barrel as they pass. Lorries passing.
